Caitlin is the proud founder and owner of Bright Eyes Childcare Inc. With a deep passion for early childhood development and years of hands-on experience, Caitlin has dedicated her career to creating a safe environment where children can grow, learn and explore.
She obtained her Associates in Business Administration in 2018.
Caitlin started Bright Eyes because she believes every child deserves a space to feel loved, supported and inspired to learn through play. As a caregiver, she focuses on building strong relationships with both children and families, ensuring open communication and personalized care.
Whether it’s story time, sensory play, or learning milestones, nothing brings Caitlin more joy than seeing the wonder and growth in each child’s day. She’s committed to providing high-quality care and building a daycare community that feels like a second home.

Rachel obtained her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Development in 2019. She’s been with Bright Eyes for four years, starting out as an infant teacher and promoted to Director. Rachel’s vast knowledge of child development has helped Bright Eyes immensely, as she’s a dedicated and passionate individual and great addition to the leadership team.

Ms. Amanda has been with Bright Eyes for three years. She has obtained her CDA in 2025 and specializes in the care and development of infants, fostering a safe, stimulating environment where babies can grow physically, emotionally, and cognitively.

Ms. Isabella has been a part of the Bright Eyes family for three years. She is in the process of obtaining her CDA and is in charge of our toddler room. Ms. Isabella uses a hands-on approach when it comes to creating a fun and safe experience in her class.
